Welding
We also include welding as part of our manufacturing and repair services. Our welding capabilities include:

We also do air arc cutting and are oxyacetylene capable as well.
Heat Treating
For custom tooling or high wear resistant parts. We are capable of heat treating many parts in house. Heat treating allows us to change the “grain” structure of various steels. From large grains for softer but tough parts to small grains for hard wear resistant parts.
Surface Grinding
To improve finishes on parts that require better than standard machining is capable of we also include surface grinding. This is a very precise process that gives very fine and accurate finishes for all metal types. This includes harden parts as well.
Design & CAD
If you need a new part designed or mechanical drawings for existing parts, we have the technology and experience to bring these to light. With some of best industry computer aided design software, some of the services we provide are:
- Individual Part Drawings.
- Exploded Assembly Drawings.
- Animations of the assembled designs in operation.
Molded Urethane Parts
We are specialized in manufacturing molded parts with a three part variable hardness polyurethane. This unique blend has a high durability and wear resistance for industrial applications. Some of the common applications are:
